Who I am

Léa Szielinski

I didn't arrive in design by accident...

My background in business development and IT-driven environments, managing projects at the intersection of business, technology, and strategy, taught me how to think structurally, lead teams, and understand what makes a strategy truly effective.

Design brought something more: a way to translate logic into experience.

To turn complex problems into clear systems.

To create interfaces that feel intentional, not decorative.

Today, my approach blends structure and sensitivity.

I design with rigor, but always with people in mind. Because meaningful design happens where strategy meets empathy.
